What Is Ayurveda ?

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old natural healing system that originated in the Vedic culture of India.

It can guide every individual and to the proper choice of diet, living habits, and exercises to restore balance in the body, mind, and consciousness, which prevents disease from building inside the body.

Definition of the word

Ayurveda is composed of two Sanskrit words words

Ayu = life

Veda = science or knowledge

Ayusho Vedha Ayurveda = knowledge about life
